Job summary

Caring Transitions is seeking a Senior Relocation & Organizing Team Lead to work hands-on with the team while taking on leadership responsibilities. You’ll guide and support teammates on project sites, organize belongings for relocation or sale, and assist with client move-ins and home setup projects.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, primarily daytime weekday hours, with starting pay of $22 per hour. Local projects across the service area provide meaningful community impact.

We're looking for a Senior Relocation & Organizing Team Lead who enjoys staying active, helping others, and leading by example. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work alongside the team while also helping coordinate projects and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you'll participate in the same day‑to‑day project work as our team members while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.

You may:

• Guide and support team members on project sites
• Help organize, sort, pack, and prepare household belongings for relocation, donation, or sale
• Assist with client move‑ins and home setup projects
• Help coordinate daily project activities and priorities
• Ensure projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule
• Maintain a positive, supportive team environment
• Communicate project updates and needs to management
• Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong client service
