Caring Transitions of Newburgh is seeking a Relocation Specialist to help seniors with downsizing, packing, and space optimization. You will sort belongings, arrange safe transport, and support families with empathy throughout the relocation process.

The role offers project-based hours with potential to move to full-time; training pay is $17/hr with increases based on full engagement. Starting pay ranges $18–$20/hr.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Smartphone or computer access for scheduling and time-keeping apps.

Responsibilities

• Sort, downsize and organize client belongings with empathy.
• Maximize space and implement in‑home storage solutions.
• Pack/unpack belongings safely for transportation and setup.
• Assist with auctions and estate sale preparations.
• Maintain clear communication with team lead and clients.
