Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Union City, CA is seeking a Senior Reliability Test Engineer for the Environmental Simulation Lab. You will develop test plans, run environmental and electrical tests, analyze data, and prepare engineering reports in a fast-paced lab.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical or materials science background, 10+ years of testing experience, and proficiency with LabVIEW, MATLAB, Minitab, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or materials science.
• 10+ years in environmental testing or reliability engineering.
• Hands-on with climatic and corrosion test equipment.
• Familiar with data acquisition and test automation tools (LabVIEW, MATLAB, Minitab, Python).
• Knowledge of failure analysis and SPC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to follow mechanical and electrical setup diagrams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot environmental testing equipment.
• Develop test plans and execute ISO-compliant tests.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.
