Qualifications

• Experience with server, storage, networking, AI infrastructure, or rack-level systems.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, structural, and reliability validation methods.
• Familiarity with IEC, MIL-STD, NEBS, ISTA, and ASTM standards.

Responsibilities

• Validate tests plans, execution, and closure of issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Build and validate Austin lab capabilities and procedures.
• Manage external labs, RFQs, scheduling, and witness testing.
• Present validation results and risks to stakeholders.
