Candidates should have over 5 years of leadership experience in industrial engineering and a background in steel or specialty metals manufacturing. Qualifications

• 5+ years in reliability, maintenance, or industrial engineering leadership.
• Experience implementing structured reliability programs.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of a multi-site Asset Reliability Management Program.
• Standardize preventive maintenance and outage planning practices.
• Identify gaps in maintenance performance and implement improvements.
