Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, performance engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• Proficient in Go or Java with emphasis on backend services.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with performance analysis, load testing, and observability tooling.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product and platform teams to design scalable services.
• Analyze production workloads and metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Build testing frameworks and performance validation for reliability.
• Improve backend efficiency, API latency, and resource utilization.
• Develop observability standards (SLIs/SLOs) and drive reliability improvements.
