Beusa Energy Group seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer in Houston, TX to enhance asset uptime across power plant and manufacturing environments. You will develop ITPs, work instructions, and risk-based maintenance schedules.
You will analyze performance data, perform root cause analysis, train teams, and collaborate with design, manufacturing and maintenance to embed reliability into the product lifecycle. Must have 7+ years’ experience and willingness to travel as needed.
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the longevity and dependability of products, systems, or processes by identifying potential issues, analyzing failure modes, and implementing solutions to enhance performance and minimize downtime. The primary goal of a Reliability Engineer is to ensure that products meet both safety and performance standards throughout their lifecycle, from design through production to end use. They will develop the necessary work instructions, checklists, and other quality documents, including, but not limited to, inspection test plans. They use data driven methods, risk assessments, and industry best practices to optimize system reliability, perform root cause analysis, and establish maintenance schedules to maximize asset uptime. This role typically involves collaboration with cross functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and maintenance departments, to ensure reliability is integrated into all phases of the product lifecycle.

Employees are regularly required to lift heavy objects and must be able to independently lift up to 49 lbs. and lift 50–100 lbs. with a team assist. Work hours may include or includes early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
