Job summary

Antech Systems, Inc. (ASI) seeks a Senior Engineer to deliver advanced reliability, RCM, and systems engineering for Navy programs. You will evaluate equipment reliability, performance, and life-cycle costs, and collaborate with government customers and software teams.

Responsibilities include leading technical reviews, developing requirements for engineering tools, and mentoring junior engineers while translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience with reliability or systems engineering.
• Experience analyzing system reliability, failure modes, or life-cycle costs.
• Experience developing technical documentation and analyses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute complex technical assignments.
• Ability to obtain US government security clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RCM programs and maintenance strategies per Navy standards.
• Perform reliability, maintainability, and failure analyses.
• Conduct studies to evaluate equipment reliability and life-cycle costs.
• Lead technical reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation and system descriptions.
• Translate engineering processes into clear system requirements for tools.
• Support software tool development for engineering and RCM.
• Present findings to government customers and stakeholders.
