Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in mission-critical systems. You will support maintenance programs, optimize data integrity, and work with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Automation teams to improve asset performance.

The role emphasizes RCA, FMEA, and continuous improvement across facilities and infrastructure. Applicants should have 5+ years in reliability or related fields, experience with CMMS like Maximo/Quantum, and

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo or Quantum.

Responsibilities

Define, design and refine asset maintenance and reliability programs.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
Review dashboards and improve data quality and insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve asset performance and data integrity.
Develop risk management and escalation procedures.
Support RCA, FMEA and defect elimination activities.
