Job summary

DSJ Global seeks a Senior Reliability Engineer for a large-scale manufacturing facility in Lafayette, Indiana. You will partner with maintenance and operations to improve uptime, support capital projects, and drive reliability initiatives across the site.

Responsibilities include leading RCA investigations, ensuring reliability in design, and applying PSM/OSHA standards to site projects. The role offers a competitive base salary with bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of chemical unit operations and PSM systems.
Strong communication skills across maintenance, operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

Support capital projects from small improvements to investments >$1M, ensuring reliability in design.
Lead RCA investigations as equipment SME when appropriate.
Contribute to plant-wide reliability strategies for uptime and stability.
Provide technical support for site projects, equipment installations, and compliance with OSHA, ASME, NFPA, and PSM.
