Job summary

The Marzetti Company is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead reliability-centered maintenance activities across the manufacturing network. This role aims to reduce unplanned downtime, increase capacity, and improve plant operations in a Columbus, OH facility.

The position requires a BS in engineering or a technical field, 10+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong leadership. Travel to plant locations and vendor sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

Requires BS in engineering or technical field; MS preferred but not required.
Requires minimum 10 years of prior manufacturing plant equipment operation experience.
Experience coaching and developing plant operations/maintenance staffs.

Responsibilities

Coaches and develops Maintenance/Operations teams in Break Down Elimination Methodology.
Leads development of Predictive Technology Communities of Practice.
Reviews equipment selection with focus on reliability.
Leads monthly reliability reviews and quarterly Reliability Steering Committee workshops.
Develops enterprise Equipment Baseline Restoration (EBR) program.
Develops enterprise Equipment Asset Care Plan (EACP) program.
Partners with SAP PM COE to improve SAP usability for reliability initiatives.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams, operations/maintenance staff, and suppliers.
