Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing plant equipment operation experience.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and coaching others.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge a plus.
• CPG, nutritional, or food processing exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops maintenance and operations teams in reliability methods.
• Leads predictive technology communities of practice across the enterprise.
• Reviews equipment selection to improve reliability and uptime.
• Runs monthly plant reliability reviews and RSC workshops.
• Develops enterprise Equipment Baseline Restoration and Equipment Asset Care Plans.
