Responsibilities

• Take independent DfR ownership for existing subsystem reliability.
• Fully develop reliability test programs and lead DFMEA.
• Build custom Python reliability analysis tools.
• Define reliability requirements and communicate risks.
• Develop lifetime models and perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure component quality.
• Embed DfR principles into engineering decisions.
