Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering in power electronics or consumer electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product reliability through multiple stages of development.
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take independent ownership of reliability for subsystem reliability of current and future products.
• Fully develop reliability test programs (DV, PV, ORT).
• Build custom Python reliability analysis and modelling tools.
