Job summary

Antech Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide advanced engineering and reliability-focused support for Navy programs. You will work with government customers, engineers, and software teams to develop solutions, requirements, analyses, and recommendations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in reliability engineering, maintenance analysis, and systems engineering, with the ability to lead complex studies and communicate technical findings to diverse audiences. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience applying engineering principles to analyze system or equipment reliability, failure modes, maintenance requirements, or life-cycle costs.
• Experience developing technical documentation, requirements, analyses, and engineering recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently plan and execute complex technical assignments.
• Ability to interpret technical standards, specifications, engineering documentation, and customer requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs and maintenance strategies in accordance with Navy standards.
• Perform reliability, maintainability, and failure analyses on systems and components.
• Conduct engineering studies to evaluate reliability, maintenance requirements, and life-cycle costs.
• Lead or facilitate technical reviews and communicate findings to customers and teams.
• Develop technical content and requirements for tools and training.
• Coordinate multiple engineering efforts and manage tasks with limited supervision.
