Qualifications

• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience performing reliability predictions and analyses.
• Experience with FRACAS and statistical data mining.
• Experience with the FMECA process.
• Ability to manage subcontractors in the Reliability field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for large-group presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/ STEM with 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability agenda across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and influence technical reviews.
• Turn reliability data into actionable improvements.
• Perform FMECA, reliability predictions, and create reliability block diagrams.
• Track growth plans and ensure contracts are satisfied.
• Support design reviews, test events, and ECP/CSB/CCB processes.
• Analyze FRACAS trends and drive root-cause resolution.
• Build models to flag high-risk units and propose fixes.
• Prepare reliability reports for stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally to field sites and customer meetings.
