Job summary

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Sr Reliability Engineer to join a premier biotechnology organization in Juncos, PR. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, availability, and performance through CMMS program ownership and maintenance strategies.

The position offers 8-hour shifts with schedule flexibility for 24/7 operations, initial 6-month contract, and opportunities to contribute to safety, innovation, and operational excellence. English and Spanish communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CMMS, work orders, PM strategies, and spare parts management.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP and regulated environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own CMMS program to improve reliability and downtime.
• Develop maintenance strategies and equipment lifecycle activities.
• Lead reliability initiatives and change control assessments.
• Support troubleshooting and performance metrics development.
