ALSO is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead the reliability of multiple electric mobility vehicles through the full development cycle. The role includes establishing targets, developing tests, applying acceleration models, and guiding design decisions based on failure analysis.
Ideal candidates hold a BS in engineering with 2+ years in reliability, proficiency in Python, and experience with PCBA, energy storage, drive units, and chassis.

Location: This is an onsite position requiring attendance in the office five (5) days per week. Once fully ramped and in alignment with their manager, employees may have the opportunity for limited flexibility, including the potential to work remotely one day per week, based on business and team needs.
