Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Release Manager to oversee end-to-end release coordination across a portfolio of applications. The role emphasizes planning, governance, and timely delivery of complex software releases.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and locations to ensure deployment readiness and business go/no-go decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of release management experience.
• Strong understanding of release processes, risk management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Forward plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate release content and effort based on service requests, third party apps, or OS updates.
• Communicate all key plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
• Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities and deployment plans.
