Candidate should have over 7 years of experience, proficiency in backend languages, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms. The expected salary range is between $192,000 and $240,000, with equity options available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in backend or infrastructure systems.
• Strong proficiency in reliability-focused backend programming.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and release automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the release infrastructure.
• Drive technical strategy for observability systems.
• Collaborate to ensure safe and reliable releases.
• Build tooling for incident response and observability.

Skills

Backend programming languages (Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python)
