Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an experienced Release Manager / Release Engineer to coordinate and manage enterprise software releases across development, testing, infrastructure, and production environments. This role drives release governance, deployment readiness, change management, and release execution within a regulated setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating release calendars, validating tests across UAT, regression, performance, and security, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in release engineering, management, DevOps or change governance.
• Experience coordinating enterprise releases across multiple teams.
• Strong SDLC and production deployment knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands-on with Git-based source control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases from development to production deployments.
• Manage release calendars and cross-team schedules.
• Facilitate release readiness reviews and SDLC deliverables.
• Validate testing (UAT, regression, security).
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
