Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Release Management / DevOps experience.
• Hands-on Jenkins experience.
• Strong Groovy scripting skills.
• Experience creating and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS and cloud deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release planning, coordination, and production deployments.
• Coordinate across Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, and Infra teams.
• Manage release schedules, dependencies, risks, blockers, and Go/No-Go activities.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Groovy.
• Support deployments and release activities across AWS environments.
• Drive deployment automation and continuous improvement of release processes.
• Coordinate hotfixes, rollback activities, and post-release validation.
• Provide release status and risk updates to technical and business stakeholders.
