Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support a wide-ranging IT initiative for a large Federal agency. The role expects extensive Relativity experience, ARM workflow design, and strong leadership to guide a technical team through complex tasks.

Collaboration with COR, case managers, and attorneys is essential. Candidates should bring hands-on Relativity expertise, a solid IT background in government environments, and the ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creating ARM workflows.
• Substantial hands-on work on Relativity systems and architectures.
• Experience leading technical teams in a litigation support environment beneficial.
• Ability to analyze attorney needs and design a full system solution.
• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or information management/tech.
• Eligible for a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving of Relativity databases and document workflows.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and attorneys on IT needs and approaches.
• Design and implement systems to meet requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise staff on task orders and ensure quality and compliance with policies.
• Prepare system and technical documentation and user training materials.
