Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support a wide-ranging technical initiative for a large Federal agency. The role requires leadership of a technical team, strong Relativity expertise (ARM workflows), and the ability to translate attorneys’ needs into robust IT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in litigation support environments, a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, Relativity certification, and a track record of delivering timely, high-quality work

Qualifications

Significant Relativity experience including ARM creation and workflows.
Substantial hands-on experience in systems used, typically 5+ years.
Broad knowledge of government IT environments including office automation networks and DBs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to lead a technical team and translate attorneys' needs into system solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage archiving of Relativity databases and document workflow processes.
Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT requirements.
Design systems to meet defined requirements and supervise technical tasks.
Provide full system support, program validations, and testing as needed.
Prepare system documentation and deliver progress reports on tasks and orders.
Organize user training sessions and produce training materials.
