Senior Relativity Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization’s network systems.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions, primarily using COTS tools like Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
2. Maintain ALS system infrastructure, including storage, compute, and network components, leveraging on-premise and AWS cloud platforms.
3. Manage external access to ALS tools, including identity and access management for external stakeholders such as expert witnesses, U.S. Attorneys, IRS collaborators, etc.
4. Perform system maintenance activities, including backups, restores, software updates, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
5. Produce and update system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user documentation, updating at least semi-annually.
6. Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, and project status.
7. Support ALS applications and infrastructure alongside IT leadership.

Qualifications

1. Undergraduate degree in computer science, management information/technology, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in implementing systems such as UNIX, Windows, and Network Storage Solutions, with at least 5 years in litigation support applications like Oracle, Relativity, iPro, etc.
3. Hands-on experience in designing, acquiring, installing, and testing systems in relevant environments.
4. Experience with large, complex systems and large-scale database management applications.
5. Knowledge of storage technology, performance capacity planning, distributed processing, and business process analysis.
6. In-depth understanding of government IT environments and security requirements.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
8. Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012 or later.
9. Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.
