Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Relationship Strategist in Phoenix, AZ to lead client management within the Private Bank. Based in-office, you will manage a book of business, develop strategy, and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients to deliver outstanding service.

You will collaborate with specialists to tailor solutions, manage risk, and drive growth while mentoring teammates and ensuring accurate relationship administration.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates have a degree and extensive relationship management experience.
• Experience in private banking or wealth management is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and client-focused skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Leads client management activities and develops a relationship plan to grow and retain clients.
• Coordinates with team to deliver proactive, responsive service and client advocacy.
• Drives growth of the book of business through new client acquisition and cross-sell.
• Ensures risk controls and accurate administration of sales and relationship tasks.
• Mentors team members and participates in special projects to strengthen the business.
