Job summary

Henley & Partners - The Firm of Global Citizens® is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to guide HNW/UHNW clients through the residence and citizenship application process and deliver world-class client service.

Role requires managing client relationships, coordinating documents, and accompanying clients to notaries, banks, and meetings. Fluency in English and Greek is essential, with driving license and willingness to travel. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-selling opportunities.

The primary role is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program and to deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.

Responsabilities:
  • Serve as the primary, trusted advisor and advocate for HNW clients throughout their entire processing journey.
  • Establish and execute a client-centric relationship strategy, leading regular status calls, application reviews, and proactive communications to ensure world-class customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and facilitate the collection and vetting of all required application documentation, anticipating bottlenecks before they arise.
  • Personally accompany clients to crucial external meetings (notaries, banks, legal counsel, and government offices), ensuring a seamless, premium experience.
  • Act as the critical link between clients and external partners, negotiating complex circumstances fiercely in the client’s best interest.
  • Build and maintain strong operational relationships with key legal, financial, and real estate stakeholders in Greece to expedite client applications.
  • Continuously identify, analyze, and capitalize on organic cross-selling opportunities to further embed the firm's comprehensive offerings into client portfolios.
  • Actively mentor, guide, and upskill junior team members to foster a high-performance culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Consultant, specifically dealing with HNW/UHNW individuals. Experience within investment migration (Golden Visa), real estate, wealth management, or legal services is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with a proven track record in B2B negotiation and partner management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
  • Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Greek is essential (additional languages targeting key Golden Visa demographics are a massive plus).
  • Must possess a valid Greek/EU driving license and be comfortable regularly driving to accompany clients to external site visits and partner meetings.
