Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of proven retail sales or customer service.
• Alternative: GED with 2 years proactive sales experience.
• Notary public license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customer relationships and expand existing relationships through proactive outreach.
• Manage relationships via assessments and profiling for sales opportunities.
• Cross-sell retail and business banking products as appropriate.
• Adhere to compliance/risk controls and maintain KYC/CIP standards.
• Attend community networking events and build Centers of Influence referrals.
• Lead outbound prospecting to establish new banking relationships in some branches.
