Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Premier Relationship Banker to deepen relationships with customers through in-person visits, appointments, and virtual channels.

You will assess needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and propose tailored solutions while guiding them toward digital banking options. This role includes originating consumer loans, opening/closing accounts, and occasionally working at nearby locations.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z
• SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 registrations required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent
• Hire contingent on approved FINRA background check

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers across channels
• Assess banking needs and recommend deposit/loan solutions
• Open/close accounts and assist with digital banking tools
• Origin and close consumer loans and coordinate with wealth management teams
