Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Premier Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, explain products, and guide clients toward digital solutions while supporting wealth management referrals.

The role includes maintaining FINRA registrations and collaborating with wealth management teams to refer clients for investment services. Prior retail banking experience andStrong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration and regulatory compliance including criminal/credit checks.
• SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 registrations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• FINRA background check approval.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across channels to provide trusted financial counsel.
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and provide digital banking solutions.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend suitable options.
