Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent working experience preferred.
• Two to Four (2-4) years of retail banking experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supports our team of retail bankers, providing guidance, resources, coaching, and hands-on client service support to champion the team’s success and ensure a client-centric work culture that ensures a high standard of service delivery, overall client experience, and a positive work environment.
• Client Experience: Deepen client relationships through knowledgeable, confident, consultative conversations that identify client needs. Provide advised solutions for our consumer and business clients and partner with other internal departments as needed.
• Community Involvement: Build and maintain community relationships and represent the Bank by participating in and leading community events that enhance the Bank’s presence and promote community engagement.
• Training and Development: Seek learnings and continuous development to enhance product knowledge, deposit related controls, compliance requirements, communication skills, and banking products/services that create banker confidence to enhance client experience.
• Compliance: Assist with branch controls and audit requirements to ensure timely and accurate completion as needed. Accurately manage financial documents completing file maintenance exceptions in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, privacy policies, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
• Deposit Generation: Deepen client relationships through self-initiated client service and support coaching of retail staff in meaningful conversations focused on learning the needs and goals of our clients, making recommendations, and continuing follow up conversations to strengthen full banking relationships.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of client operations with overall organizational goals to improve the client experience.
