Position: Senior Relationship Banker

This role involves opening accounts, selling deposit products, assisting customers, handling consumer loans, and possibly supporting management with supervisory duties. Independent judgment and minimal supervision are required.

Duties Include:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service in retail banking.
2. Complete Teller and CSR responsibilities accurately within policies and procedures.
3. Maintain cash drawer accuracy and handle currency properly.
4. Open deposit accounts and process consumer loan applications.
5. Provide Notary Public services and Medallion Signature Guarantees.
6. Build customer loyalty through courtesy and personalized service.
7. Contribute to a positive team environment and coaching.
8. Identify customer needs and refer appropriate financial products.
9. Generate new business to meet profitability goals.
10. Work Saturdays and occasional extended hours as needed.

Requirements:

1. At least two years of banking/financial services experience with good compliance and customer service ratings.
2. Competence in retail consumer lending.
3. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
4. Ability to interpret instructions and perform routine mathematical functions.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Ability to obtain and maintain Notary and NMLS certifications.
7. Skill in identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable bank products.
8. Effective problem-solving and customer inquiry assistance skills.
9. Teamwork skills and basic computer proficiency.
10. Attention to detail and good time management.
