Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• 1 year of training and/or combination of mentorship, military or management experience required.
• NMLS registration must be active if lending.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring the highest level of service.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach.
• Assist with online and mobile banking services, ensuring customers are comfortable with digital tools.
• Process and assist with customer loans and related documentation.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
