Job summary

Marsh Re is seeking professionals with reinsurance contract drafting experience to join our North American Contracts Team. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and can be based in several offices including San Francisco.

You will manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, build client relationships, provide contract analysis, and mentor colleagues through our onboarding programs. A pathway into management or the Global Contract Consultant team is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of reinsurance experience.
• Bachelor's degree or experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal), ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of a reinsurance contract for assigned accounts, drafting language to reflect negotiations.
• Build relationships with brokers and clients and answer contract-related inquiries.
• Provide contract analysis independently or with the Global Contract Consultant team, including access to AI-assisted analysis tools.
