Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and management of complex reinsurance claims across multiple lines.
• Analyze and interpret treaty reinsurance contracts and provide coverage determinations.
• Exercise sound judgment in claim evaluation, coverage analysis, and reserving within delegated authority.
• Serve as a senior technical expert on reinsurance coverage, allocation, and claim strategy.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and senior leadership to evaluate trends and exposures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, cedents, and external partners for effective claim outcomes.
• Conduct cedent audits to assess claim handling quality and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality analysis and reporting on large losses and key exposures.
