United Biosource Corporation (UBC) is seeking a Senior Case Manager, Reimbursement to join our all-virtual client services team from home in the USA. The role focuses on pharmacy reimbursement hubs, prior authorizations, appeals, and patient advocacy while maintaining high-quality case documentation and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharmacy benefit management or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to multitask in a clinical or reimbursement setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management oversight and coordina- tion of caseload to ensure timely completion.
• Act as single point of contact for prior authorizations and appeals.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate access services within guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and report trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with team leads to share best practices and improve processes.
• Prepare and present team updates and client presentations monthly.
