Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Reimbursement Analyst III to provide senior-level technical and analytical support across the reimbursement department. You will prepare advanced Medicare and NJDOH cost reports, conduct reimbursement studies and models, and coordinate audits for a dedicated region.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required, with 5+ years in reimbursement in a large health network or academic medical center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 or more years of progressive reimbursement related experience in consulting and/or in a large health network and/or academic medical center.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Proven record of progressive professional growth and responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to complete detailed work papers for an audit trail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level reimbursement support for Medicare, NJDOH cost reports and related studies.
• Coordinate strategic modeling, appeal development and tracking within the reimbursement department.
