The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Sr. Reimbursement Analyst to assist with annual filing of third-party cost reports and provide financial analysis for special projects.

You will create and test reports, work with department managers to gather data, and ensure accuracy under tight month-end and government deadlines. Under supervision, you will prepare reports for reimbursement, assist with data gathering for Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, and support wage index

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a major in Accounting or Finance and 6 years of hospital reimbursement experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of third-party report filings, including cost reports.
• Run monthly net revenue reports (Crowe Net Revenue Tool) and manage administrative duties related to the Crowe Model.
• Prepare summaries of contract labor for the wage index and other supporting wage index information.
• Assist with data gathering for Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports.
• Provide supporting work papers and documentation for third-party inquiries.
• Assist with report writing for reimbursement projects and testing reports for accuracy.
