Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with MO licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in rehab or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate care across disciplines and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and document findings.
• Develop and update individualized care and rehab plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Coordinate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams for safe recovery.
