Job summary

This full-time role requires performing assessments, developing and updating care and rehab plans, administering medications, and coordinating with therapy and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with MO licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in rehab or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate care across disciplines and support staff.
