Aegis Therapies is seeking an Outpatient OTR - Senior Rehab Program Manager in Lacrosse/Onalaska, WI. This full-time role focuses on leadership within outpatient, assisted living, and independent living settings, with a schedule Monday–Friday and no weekends or evenings.

The Program Manager will be the go-to person for customers, residents, and staff, using strong relationship-building to drive excellent patient care and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient program management and supervise scheduling.
• Serve as liaison for Area Manager and staff.
• Develop relationships with patients, residents and staff.
