Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Outpatient - Physical Therapist to lead operations across LaCrosse, Havenwood, and Springbrook of Onalaska. The role combines hands-on therapy with leadership duties, including coordinating payroll, KPIs, and staff orientation, while serving as the liaison to the Area Manager.

The position emphasizes work-life balance, with a full-time schedule and opportunities to grow within a nationwide rehabilitation and wellness provider.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building, treating patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling
• Serve as liaison for the Area Manager and oversee payroll and KPIs
• Orient new staff and manage scheduling across multiple locations (LaCrosse, Havenwood, Springbrook of Onalaska)
• Continue providing therapy 50-60% of the day
