Qualifications

• Good reading comprehension of procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT Assistants in resident care and activities.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with physicians and families.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation compliant with policies and regulations.
