Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Rehab Director to lead the rehabilitation department within a senior living facility. You will promote Legacy policies, develop clinical programs, and support aging adults to live safe and healthy lives.

You will oversee staff, coordinate therapy services, and collaborate with facility teams to drive outcomes and quality care. A clinical background in PT/OT/SLP with state licensure is required, along with 3–5 years in LTC or senior living.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living.
• Licensed and registered in the state where assigned (PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP).
• Degree from an accredited college or university in PT/OT/SLP/COTA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create rapport and build relationships with facility personnel and Legacy staff.
• Oversee internal marketing to strengthen relationships with staff and residents.
• Manage site productivity to meet budget and maintain caseload for rehab department.
• Assess patient needs and develop clinical programs for facility census.
• Direct and train staff in clinical service delivery across disciplines.
• Coordinate daily rehab activities with facility staff to implement therapy programming.
• Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and share results with stakeholders.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure required physician signatures on therapy plans.
