Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company’s Scientific & Regulatory Affairs team in North America drives safe, compliant innovation across beverage categories. You will lead critical workstreams, review formulas and labels for FDA/Health Canada compliance, and partner with Technical, Brand and Legal teams to balance risk with growth.

With 1–3 years in regulatory roles in food/beverage or CPG, you’ll contribute to policy sustainability, digital tool adoption, and robust risk assessments that support product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Master’s or advanced cert in regulatory, quality, nutrition or compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRA workstreams in North America on ingredient, product, label and claims compliance for innovation projects.
• Review and approve formulas, ingredient lists, packaging artwork, labels and digital content for regulatory compliance (FDA/Health Canada).
• Provide regulatory assessments to cross-functional teams and support early risk mitigation in development cycles.
• Conduct competitive claims assessments and share insights to inform innovation strategy.
