Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent and 5+ years in securities, banking, technology, or related industry experience.
• 3+ years in securities, banking, technology and/or job-specific industry experience.
• Securities license 7 or 99 or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions for escalated issues.
• 2+ years demonstrated project team coordination and/or coaching/mentoring leadership experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops teams to assess events requiring remediation or opportunities to enhance risk framework.
• Plan and manage remediation and initiatives affecting Operations through the project lifecycle.
• Provide process design, technical expertise, and problem solving for multiple specialty areas.
• Develop business requirements, perform UAT, train end users, and support implementation of enhancements.
• Collaborate with RBC IT, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve systemic challenges.
• Lead Ops partners through project lifecycle and support implementation of regulatory risk initiatives.
