Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to guide global regulatory information management implementations. You will translate regulatory requirements into robust cloud-based solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployments across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Direct technology system implementation experience as consultant, business, or IT.
• Proven track record leading high-impact system implementations with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement a RIM solution based on requirements.
• Knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
• Typical travel 25% (up to 50%) depending on customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead life science customers in configuring and implementing Veeva's Regulatory suite.
• Manage projects through full implementation lifecycle: planning, gathering, migration, config, validation, go-live.
• Conduct workshops to design content solutions reflecting business requirements and best practices.
• Guide customers and internal teams with program and project management and resource planning.
• Serve as primary liaison, managing communications, risks, and reporting.
• Mentor project teams and consultants for growth.
• Collaborate across Product, Strategy, Sales, and other teams.
