Job summary

Veristat in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Regulatory Affairs to lead planning, preparation, and execution of high-quality regulatory projects. You will coordinate with internal departments, company leadership, sponsors, and vendors to align activities across CMC, quality, regulatory, clinical and business teams.

This remote-friendly role offers a US hiring range of $128k–$144k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of regulatory experience in a CRO/pharma environment, with broad exposure across regulatory activities.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management or functional team leadership experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of drug development process and regulatory requirements, including familiarity with ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, prepare, and execute high-quality regulatory projects.
• Interface with internal departments, company leadership, sponsors, and external vendors.
• Integrate consulting activities across CMC, quality, regulatory, clinical and business areas.
• Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and timelines.
