Saltu Staffing seeks an Electric & Environmental Regulatory Paralegal to support attorneys in Austin, TX. The role focuses on regulatory matters, environmental law, utilities, and complex litigation throughout the case lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal experience, familiarity with Westlaw/Lexis, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm.
• Experience with regulatory, environmental, utility, or administrative law matters.
• Strong discovery and litigation support experience.
• Familiarity with e-filing and regulatory agency procedures.
• Experience with Westlaw and/or Lexis.
• Paralegal certification preferred/required, with equivalent experience considered.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate regulatory applications, exhibits, and agency filings
• Draft and manage discovery requests, document productions, and privilege logs
• Support depositions, hearings, testimony preparation, and pre-hearing filings
• Manage exhibits, witness lists, case deadlines, and hearing materials
• Conduct legal and regulatory research using Westlaw, Lexis, and similar tools
• Maintain organized case files and support environmental due diligence matters
