Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Paralegal certification required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant paralegal experience in a law firm, preferably within environmental or regulatory practice.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, litigation processes, and regulatory procedures.
• Experience with e-filing systems and regulatory agency requirements.
• Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, Lexis).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory applications and organize exhibits and filings.
• Draft discovery requests and assist with responses and privilege logs.
• Coordinate depositions and hearing logistics; manage exhibits.
